He deeply participates in the company’s growth efforts, working cross-functionally throughout the organization to design and implement a comprehensive model that will enable Diversco’s broad portfolio of products, solutions and services to be offered in the different ways our customers want to consume.

Robert (Bob) Statham is one of Diversco’s co-founders. His thorough understanding of the mechanics of business and financial management, as well as his unwavering integrity make him an invaluable asset to Diversco. His strong sense of business development combined with his deep value for customer relations is the basis for the successful operation and growth of Diversco’s Scuba and Water Sport’s business units.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Bob’s current focus is to strategize ways of increasing Diversco’s product offerings as well as deepening his partnerships with his customer’s management teams and bringing value to their strategic development. Selling Diversco as a “Solutions Partner” to his customers is Bob’s ongoing vision for the organic growth of the business he so passionately drives forward..

He holds great pride in having been an instrumental part of building a company where people are really happy working at. An avid Scuba Diver for numerous years, Bob enjoys travelling around the world and discovering the hidden under water treasures each place holds.
